Wide range of diode types including General Purpose, Zero Bias, and Microwave & RF.

Tunnel Diodes
Planar tunnel diode chips and packaged diodes for high frequency detectors to 40 GHz. Options for Zero Bias, Heat Stability, and mA Peak Currents are available.

PIN and NIP Diodes
